"Who Am I Calling You To Be?"

THE WORLD I CREATED has become very keen on "self-actualization." I understand that people want to be happy, and to a degree, I affirm that doing things "your way" can sometimes be fulfilling.

What I invite you to consider is that I am calling you to even greater things, things that may have seemed impossible to you before. I'm the one who made you, and even though you may have good plans for yourself, I must submit that my plans for you are even greater. Do you believe it?

To be sure, my call on your life might look significantly different than how your life looks right now, and that's okay. The key is to offer yourself to Me, saying: Lord, here I am. With time, prayer and discernment, my desire for you is that your desires for yourself and others will slowly but surely start to resemble Mine.

Again I tell you, it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of God."
When the disciples heard this, they were greatly astonished and asked, "Who then can be saved?"
Jesus looked at them and said, "With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible."
Jesus looked at them and said, "With man this is impossible, but not with God; all things are possible with God."
Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying, "Whom shall I send? And who will go for us?" And I said, "Here am I. Send me!"
