For you to do this, you must take time away from the cares of the world. And perhaps there's no better way to bring yourself to contemplation of Me than to go outside, after a long day at work, and walk your dog in the beauty of nature.
In many ways, you are different from your dog, in that I have endowed you with reason and skill, which your dog doesn't have. But don't discount him, for he still has much to teach you about Me, about what I want for you and your flourishing. And a good place to start is to realize that like your dog, you also require rest and relaxation, so as to learn my ways for you.
I know your every move, thought, and desire—indeed, I know your sitting down and your rising up. So take some time away to walk your dog, and you will thank me later.
