I cannot wait for the day when this stomach-turning expectation is no longer your reality; I long to have you here with me enjoying the home I have made especially for you.
For now, you have my reassurance that I will be with you each step of the way. I know in the midst of a problem things can seem bleak; it is easy to misinterpret a storm as something I am doing to you instead of something I am bringing you through.
When in doubt, cling to this concept so that you will not be tempted to lean on your own understanding of how or why things are happening in your life. Know that I will use the rain to moisten the soil where your upcoming blessings will take root; trust that under my tender care and light they will flourish and thus be a good thing for you.
