A SPIRIT OF GRATIDUDE is how you want to start each day. Stop for a moment and take out a piece of paper. Now, spend just a minute writing down at least three reasons you have to be grateful.
At the top of your list should read, "Today I am grateful because I am loved by the Creator of the universe" or at least something along those lines. If of the things you wrote that one is nowhere to be found, then spend some extra time writing it repeatedly until you believe it wholeheartedly and start each day feeling grateful to be loved.
You don't need science or research to confirm that happy individuals are more productive, successful, and fulfilled – my holy word, one of the greatest gifts I can give you, reiterates this message throughout.
My children, those who walk with me side-by-side and truly trust in my plans even when that means they go without their carnal wants, are happy even beyond that of the nonbeliever who has gained the whole world.
